My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were nice and clean, super comfy and cozy. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. However, the access to the location was a bit frustrating, and the extra charge on top of the room rate was a downside. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious meals and a variety of choices.

I had a mixed experience at the Hyatt. The room I booked over the phone was nice, but we missed maid service. The staff were really helpful, except for a couple of not-so-friendly encounters.
